(TPA) was formed to foster a professional image of the trial
software industry. The TPA will actively attempt to distance
itself and its members' software from negative aspects of the

The United Kingdom Software Metrics
Association is a member-run User Group set up in 1988 as UFPUG,
to support users of Function Point Analysis methods. Over
time, it has evolved into its current form, supporting the
use of all the main Functional Size Measurement Methods, and
playing a key part in their development.
